Refund Policy

Clear guidelines for service refunds and our commitment to client satisfaction

Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds for leadership development services are available within 14 days of your initial consultation session. This applies to one-on-one coaching packages, group workshops, and comprehensive leadership programs offered by Daxim Ryntis.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide specific feedback about service delivery concerns and demonstrate that you've engaged with the initial program materials as outlined in your service agreement.

Refund eligibility requires completion of our service feedback form and participation in at least one scheduled session or program component before requesting a refund.

Refund Limitations

Certain services are non-refundable due to their personalized nature and immediate delivery. This includes custom leadership assessments, completed one-time consultation sessions, and any services delivered more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

Group workshop fees cannot be refunded once the event has commenced, though we offer credit transfers to future workshops scheduled within six months of the original booking date.

Digital materials, recorded sessions, and downloadable resources become non-refundable once accessed or downloaded to your device.

Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement. Bank transfers and ACH payments may require 7-10 business days for complete processing.

We'll send email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, including a reference number for tracking purposes with your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

For multi-session coaching packages, partial refunds are calculated based on unused sessions minus a 20% administrative fee. This ensures fair compensation for program design and initial setup work.

Workshop packages with multiple components may qualify for partial refunds if 50% or less of the total program has been completed. Each case is evaluated individually based on service delivery and client engagement.

Partial refunds are not available for programs completed beyond 60% of their total duration or for services where significant personalized materials have been created specifically for the client.

Our team will review your service history and refund eligibility. You may be asked to provide additional information or participate in a brief feedback call to understand your service experience and identify improvement opportunities.

Receive Decision

Within 3 business days, you'll receive a written decision about your refund request. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain the reasoning and discuss alternative solutions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation with tracking information and expected deposit dates. Our finance team handles all refund processing securely and efficiently.
